1. Introduction

This Terms of Service governs your access to and use of services, digital content, and goods provided by aipractice under Hands-on AI courses with guided real-world projects at aipractice.pro.

By enrolling in courses, purchasing digital learning materials, or buying items from aipractice, you agree to these terms as of 2026.

2. Services, Digital Content, and Goods

2.1 Services

aipractice offers hands-on AI courses and workshops, delivered onsite at Rämistrasse 71, 8006 Zurich, Switzerland or via interactive online sessions.

2.2 Digital Content

Info products include downloadable manuals, video tutorials, and other digital learning resources.

2.3 Goods

Physical products such as printed guides and branded materials.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services and products are described on the website. You agree to pay all fees when enrolling or purchasing. Prices are in EUR, unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start may be rescheduled or fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation of course materials. Requests must be sent via contact form. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 14 days.

4.2 Digital Content

Upon download or access to digital materials, purchases are final. No refunds are offered for digital content once access is granted, as resources are delivered instantly.

4.3 Goods

Unused physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped to Rämistrasse 71, 8006 Zurich, Switzerland at buyer’s expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund through your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Rescheduling Services

You may request to reschedule a course or workshop no less than 7 days before the start date. Rescheduling requests received later cannot be guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital content, and related resources remain the property of aipractice. You may not reproduce or distribute without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

aipractice’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant service, digital product, or good. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on the website under the date of last revision noted as 2026.
